Private individuals

Successful, and deliberately private. Then one result changes the first impression.

Most of our clients are individuals who have never sought attention and do not want it now. What brings them to us is usually a single article, an old story resurfacing at the wrong moment, or an AI assistant stating something about them that simply isn’t true.

The work is quiet by design, and tailored to the individual. What we do for one client is rarely what we do for the next.

Why people call

Three situations, over and over.

Clients reach us directly, through their lawyer, through a PR firm, or on the recommendation of someone we have already worked for.

01

One article ranking for your name

It may be years old, partial, or long since overtaken by events. It is still the first thing anyone reads, and it is doing all the work of a first impression.

02

Old content resurfacing at the wrong time

A deal, an appointment, a board seat or a fundraise brings scrutiny, and something dormant surfaces exactly when it is least welcome.

03

An AI assistant getting you wrong

Asked who you are, the model answers in a confident paragraph assembled from whatever it found. Often outdated. Sometimes simply invented.

The honest objection

“Won’t this just draw more attention?”

No. We don’t do splashy PR, and we don’t create anything designed to attract attention.

Our work is consistent, defensible and deliberately unremarkable. Nobody encountering it thinks anything has been managed — they simply find an accurate, ordinary account of who you are. That restraint is the whole discipline, and it is why the results hold.

How we work

Every engagement is built around the individual.

There is no template. We begin with a full audit of what ranks for your name and why, and only then decide what should be done — because the right approach for a private investor is not the right approach for a founder or a philanthropist.

What is consistent is the intent: to establish enough accurate, durable ground under your own name that no single piece of content can define you again, and to keep the record correct across both search and the AI assistants that now summarise it.

You will know the plan in detail before anything begins. We would simply rather set it out to you than to the internet.

What to expect

Realistic about time, and about cost.

Six to twelve months

Typical time to move adverse articles from page one to page three and beyond. Some movement shows sooner; durable positions take the full period. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

Priced per scope

Engagements are quoted after the audit, once we know what is ranking and what it will take to move it. Fixed fees, agreed in writing before work begins.

For advisers

We don’t name our clients. Including to other clients.

Much of our work arrives through lawyers, PR firms and family offices acting for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will not find a client list on this site, and you will not find yours.

The people we work for are private, and the work only holds if it stays that way.

Start by finding out what’s actually there.

A confidential conversation, no obligation. You will leave it knowing what ranks for your name, what the assistants say, and what can realistically be moved.
